In the weeks leading to Christmas, we introduced an innovative “Healthy Christmas Culinary Program” to offer people healthy and delicious options for the holidays Chefs Edgardo Noel and Cynthia Negron gave a live cooking demonstration, while Eatz Good President Myrna Berrios walked attendees through the nutrition and health topics associated with the meal. This was the first of these events that Eatz Good organized and helped with the success of ones organized thereafter.

In September of 2011, Eatz Good finally opened its doors with a grand opening ceremony. Founder and President, Myrna Berrios-Fernandez, along with Co-Founder Angie Rivera and the guest appearance of celebrity chef Edgardo Noel, showed off Eatz Good’s mission and vision for this new type of nutrition and health service.
